A branding facelift...without the filler

THE DESIGN BRIEF- WHEN A CLIENT DOESN'T WANT TO BE "TRENDY"

Belinda is a busy mum and registered nurse who lacked the time for marketing her private injectables clinic and didn't have a deep understanding of social media, hashtags or paid advertising. Belinda contacted us about a rebrand and some social media content. Her brief was tricky, requesting the rebrand to be "not trendy", more "straight to the point" and with a black and gold colour palette.  She wanted the medical logo used within her own logo and so, we gave it a good crack (we usually advise against using a logo within a logo). We love a challenge. 

THE REBRAND: SOPHISTICATED, WITH AN ACCEPTABLE AMOUNT OF TRENDY!

We ended up creating a new logo, tagline, social media content tiles with accompanying copy and assisting with the launch of the Intact Injectables new service, 'IV Infusions'. 

Part of our service included creating a communications plan for the service launch, including stories, reels and posts; as well as a price list. We also offered frequent consulting services and lessons to guide Belinda on how to post, how often, how to use hashtags, how to combine these with trending songs or themes and how to "boost" posts to create advertising opportunities. So that she felt empowered by her rebrand.
